Control calculation is made on request of the customer, who wishes to have the correction of the invoice, based on the actual use of electrical energy.
Copy of the invoice is made on request of the customer, who wishes to receive a duplicate of the invoice, already sent to his/her address.
Statement of open figures is made on request of the customer, who requests for the copy of issued invoices and received payments in a particular period.
The price list for additional services is valid from 1st February 2008 until the change of prices.
