By applying for the non-account option you engage yourself to regularly inform us on the state of your counter at the consumption place and you stop receiving the monthly instalments.

Applying for the e-invoice / Archive of the received e-invoices

In addition to the written invoice you can also opt for receiving the electronic invoice to your e-mail address. All the invoices sent via e-mail will be saved in the archive of the received e-invoices. By using this function the customers obtain a free access to the copies of their invoices for the consumed electrical energy.

Changing the user information
