The state of the counter for control calculation

The use of electric power is calculated at the annual level on the basis of the state of the counter reading, which is performed once a year. The amount of the monthly instalment is calculated on the basis of your average daily use in the previous calculation period.

You can report to us the state of the counter:

• if you would like to check the correctness of the amount of the issued instalment or make an appeal against the issued monthly instalment
• if you would like to pay for the electric power by actual use and have a signed statement that you are not paying on account
• in case of an increase or decrease of electric power use

When can you report the state of the counter?

The state of the counter can be submitted from the 1st until the 15th day of the month; in case of regular payments from the 1st to the 3rd day of the month.

What does the information on the state of the counter contain?

When reporting the state of the counter, you will need to submit the following data:

• number of the consumption place
• number of the counter
• the state of the bigger and smaller daily tariff or uniform tariff
• date of the counter reading.
