The electric power market opened on the 1st July 2007. Elektro Gorenjska did not spend either energy or time, therefore we have thoroughly prepared for this. We will seriously take care of our consumers by simplified cooperation and new services.

What will be different from now on?

  • Upon the 1st July 2007 the household consumers became eligible consumers, which also means the option of selecting your own electric power supplier.
  • Each eligible consumer needs an electric power supply contract with a selected supplier and a network access contract with the system operator of distribution network (SODO).
  • For the existing consumers it is by default that they have a contract with the existing electric power supplier.
  • The new supply contract is concluded in case of a new connection to the network, change of the supplier, and change of the consumer at the measuring point.
